I am putting together a presentation for freshman composition students. The presentation is about comma use.

I am enjoying putting the presentation together, and I will enjoy presenting the material.

I am a grammar geek.

Generally, when the professor enjoys presenting the subject matter, the students enjoy the presentation as well. Can't wait to see it. =]

Hey, it was an excuse to eat cake.

It's infectious. I was sold when you presented the difference between a man-eating shark and a man eating shark. Punctuation is a matter of life and death (at least among human-aquatic relationships).
