Ha! That little fellow is probably singlehandedly responsible for at least one or two papers I managed to churn out after 2am some semesters. Can't account for the quality, but it got the job done well enough.

It's terrifying, how boastfully pre-med people on the SDN forums (Student Doctor Network) post about using drugs - illegal or otherwise - to get through pre-med and med school.

This is off-topic, but I left that poetry-writing community. The lack of participation by its members, the lack of feedback and the anonymous postings left me cold. Could I talk you into posting your work on your blog? It's too good to bury in the obscurity of the Hiatus of Winter community.

I feel kinda bad that I sort of dropped off participating after a while... I've been on the other end of trying to get a positive-feedback loop of writing/crit going and it's definitely not easy.

Maybe I should actually start another writing journal... if I do, I'll link you to it. I keep ditching them because I become ashamed at the bad writing quality, hide the traces, but can't bring myself to delete them. Kind of like real paper notebooks, I suppose XD

Out of curiosity, do you have somewhere I can find your stuff? Do you write prose as well as poetry?

If you *do* start another writing journal, please let me know. That poem about the Japanese schoolgirl was brilliant. I want more!

All the writing I do, I do here. I've got tags for the poetry I write as well as a couple of prose poems and some flarf. As for prose, I have lost my mojo. I haven't written as essay I've been truly happy with for months.

Ok, meisato. I dug up some other old poems I had lying around, and found a few I want to improve on... yay, summer projects XD I might also post the translations I occasionally do, of Chinese poems/songs.
