The highest JB ranked is 78. Did they throw song names up in the air and see where they landed when they fell?

78? Seventy-effing-eight for the guy who sang "I Feel Good"? And "Papa's Got a Brand New Bag"?

Thank you for again reminding me why it's been so many years since I bought a copy of Rolling Stone.

OK, I take that back. Papa is at 71 and I Feel Good is at 78. Which doesn't change the rest of my comment ... or yours either, I think.

This is still a travesty of monumental proportions, a gross injustice, a shame and a sin.

For some reason( I was thinking of James Taylor instead of James Brown just then, and starting to worry about you.

* probably that I've just been woken at ten past five and now can't get back to sleep

I *do* have a James Taylor song ("Fire and Rain") in my collection, but if I ever post about what a wondrous artist he is, feel free to reach across the sea and have me committed.
