Time has come today



I realized last year that at the place I get coffee every morning, they give me the senior discount—without my asking for it.

Earlier this week, I was informed that I qualify for my university's early retirement program.

Tick tock.

At some point I realized I no longer got upset when sales clerks called me M'am instead of Miss. Now if they call me Miss I automatically think they're being obsequeious.

I'm not sure what it involves and don't plan on going anywhere. I've never enjoyed teaching as much as I am this semester.
