Couldn't stand the weather

The TV weatherman—whoops, I meant meteorologist—said tonight that modified air is going to move into the region.

Modified air. How will I be able to tell?

This is the same guy who, when forecasting lake-effect snow for Buffalo, said snow was likely because wind was going to blow from the southwest and pick up moisture from passing over "the Lake Erie complex."

This guy is worth watching nightly—not because of his forecasting prowess, but because you never know when he's going to say something imported from Guffaw-land.

Modified air. Whiskey tango foxtrot?

I actually snorted at "imported from Guffaw-land." So many "journalists" seem to frequent that place.

I wonder if they actually pay attention to what they're saying.
